You have the right to cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled trip and you will receive a full refund of any payments made. If the trip is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure or you are failed to show up at the designated pick-up location, the full deposit will be charged. All cancellations must be made by email to seanomad.taf@gmail.com If we are forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, as confirmed by the local port authority, the deposit will be fully refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the contract and trip under important circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, safety concerns, urgent maintenance requirements, or medical issues.
